Precise stainless steel processing at RFSG: Over 50 years of top quality

Our expertise in the processing of stainless steel sheet extends to a range of specialised processes.

With our high-performance long belt grinding machine, we achieve a high surface quality with a roughness of up to Ra 0.8 µm during belt grinding and can process sheets with dimensions of up to 6,500 mm x 3,000 mm.
Precision wet grinding on our peripheral grinding machine enables us to fulfil the strict tolerance requirements of our customers, even with regard to the thickness of the blanks.
Our multi-roller precision levelling machine ensures the flatness of our blanks, which greatly facilitates further processing by our customers.
With our CNC-controlled press brake, we bend blanks to your requirements in various thicknesses and dimensions and you receive the finished semi-finished products directly from a single source.
With our modern welding edge grinding machine, we produce a precise bevel up to 9,000 mm long on sheet metal from 3 mm to 90 mm thick as the basis for optimum weld seam preparation in apparatus and container construction.
