This grade is applied typically in the chemical, as well as in the pulp and paper industry. Often it is in use in seawater-areas, for example in desalination plants. The material is, of course, fully certified to EN and UNS-Standard and will be stocked for now in thicknesses from 6-25mm and maximum widths of 2500mm.

Grade 1.4529 / UNS N 08926 is an austenitic special purpose steel with high molybedenum- and nitrogen-content,stable structure and high resistance against pitting, crack and tension crack corrosion.
